b) Correspondence Data: Address as per ID, domicile address and status, email address, phone/mobile number, emergency contact including name, relationship to you, address, phone/mobile number, and email;
c) Educational and Employment Data: Education level, occupation, industry field, position, division, start year of employment/business, company/organization name, workplace address, company email address, employment status, and name, position, and phone number of co-workers;
d) Family Data: Marital status, spouse's name, number of children and dependents, data about guardians (if any), information about Beneficial Owner (BO) and their occupation (if any), and Family Card Number;
e) Financial Data: Account number, source of income, monthly/yearly income, monthly/yearly expenses, transaction data, account balance, credit/financing data, asset-related data, collateral data, and tax data, as well as data from other financial services you receive, including insurance, payroll, and other financial data;
f) Digital Activity Data: Geolocation, IP address, your activity on the Bank Mandiri Taspen app, and the app's interaction with other apps on your electronic device;
g) Personal Preferences Data: Communication preferences, hobbies, and interests;
h) Purpose and Intent of Business Relationships or Transactions.
The personal data processed may be directly received by Bank Mandiri Taspen from you or through third parties.
Personal Data processing will be carried out as long as Bank Mandiri Taspen has fulfilled one or more of the following processing bases:
a) Bank Mandiri Taspen has explicitly and lawfully obtained your consent;
b) Bank Mandiri Taspen is fulfilling its rights and obligations under an agreement with you;
c) Bank Mandiri Taspen needs to carry out its duties or obligations based on applicable laws/regulatory orders from competent authorities;
