Notified to all Stakeholders, Customers and Business Partners of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen (Bank Mantap) that based on the approval letter from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) No. S-51/PB.1/2021 dated May 18, 2021 regarding the Plan to Change the Address of the Head Office(KP) and Branch Office (KC), then starting on June 14, 2021 the Head Office and Jakarta Branch Office of Bank Mantap effectively changes the addresses with explanation as follows: 

Regarding the change of address of the Head Office and Jakarta Branch Office, we would like to inform you as follows:

1. All matters related to correspondence, telephone/fax and other administrative purposes, are addressed to the new address.
